With record warm weather this winter, we may be able to preserve our April recess after all if the next few weeks continue with warm weather.   Any school cancellation of a complete day of school continues to translate to a make-up day the Monday of April break, April 16.  However, the long-term forecast is that weather patterns will trend even warmer over the next few weeks, helping us skip by the rogue snow storms of March.  We all remain hopeful that the next few weeks present no winter conditions prompting a school cancellation, but Mother Nature will have the final say.
