Weston Intermediate School serves the third, fourth, and fifth grade students of Weston Connecticut. Our school, opened in September of 2005 includes classrooms, a science lab, a large gymnasium, a computer lab, and a cafetorium that serves as our lunchroom and can be converted to a performance space and assembly area for our school. At the heart of the school is our Learning Resource Center that includes our collections of books and other media, and is open to all students to support their reading and research projects.
Our program encompasses a comprehensive classroom based curriculum in Language Arts, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies. In addition, children work with certified teachers in the areas of the Arts, Physical Education, Health, Information Technology Literacy, and World Language.
Our aim is to provide our students with an age appropriate academic experience in a caring and supportive environment.
